The Excitement
Deep and wide, deep and wide, there's a fountain flowing deep and wide! The precious blood of Christ is still saving sinners, and we are blessed to experience this first hand in the "B" bus ministry on a weekly basis. Armed with a love for the Saviour and a passion for souls, our college students hit the streets of Jacksonville with a single purpose in mind..... reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Advancement
Our "B" bus ministry started out in Jacksonville last year with a handful of riders. It didn't take long to see the necessity for splitting the route, as God kept blessing the soulwinning efforts. These routes are now averaging over 80 riders and will likely require a third bus before year's end! Knowing the devil never stops his on-slought of destruction, our purpose is to continue pushing to see more lives built up in the Saviour.
The Involvement
At Berean Baptist College, every student gets to experience the joy of serving in the bus ministry. In a day where numerous ministries and Bible colleges are less concerned about reaching the poor, we believe churches should do more for the troubled and hurting folks in our society. Before America can be reached, there must be a renewed commitment to love the unlovely and love those who cannot reciprocate us.
